1. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

Engaging in, promoting, or encouraging any activity that is illegal under applicable local, state, national, or international law.
2. Fraudulent or Deceptive Practices
Conducting or promoting any fraudulent schemes, including but not limited to pyramid schemes, phishing, or false advertising.
3. Harmful Content
Uploading, posting, or distributing content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
4. Malware or Unauthorized Software
Distributing or installing any malware, viruses, or unauthorized software.
5. Unauthorized Access or Interference
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or interfere with the operation of the platform, servers, or networks.
6. Spamming or Phishing
Engaging in spamming, sending unsolicited messages, or phishing for users’ private information.
7. Intellectual Property Infringement
Uploading or distributing content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
2. Prohibited Industries
The following industries are not allowed to use our platform:
1. Adult Content
Businesses involved in pornography, escort services, or sexually explicit content.
2. Weapons and Firearms
Sale or distribution of firearms, ammunition, or weapons.
3. Illegal Substances
Sale or promotion of illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia.
4. Gambling
Operating or promoting gambling activities that are illegal or unlicensed.
5. Financial Services
Unlicensed financial services, including but not limited to payday loans, credit repair services, or high-risk investment schemes.
6. Multi-Level Marketing (MLM)
Businesses that operate in the form of multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes.
3. Prohibited Goods
The following goods are not permitted for sale or distribution:
1. Counterfeit Goods
Any goods that are counterfeit or infringe on trademarks, patents, or copyrights.
2. Hazardous Materials
Products that are considered hazardous, including chemicals, explosives, or toxic substances.
3. Stolen Property
Items that are stolen or acquired through unlawful means.
4. Prescription Drugs
Prescription medications or other regulated drugs without proper authorization.
5. Animal Products
Sale of products derived from endangered species or those prohibited by law.
6. Offensive Goods
Products that are considered racist, hateful, or discriminatory.
4. Enforcement and Reporting
Violations of this AUP may result in account suspension or termination, and we reserve the right to take any legal action deemed necessary. If you believe a user is violating this AUP, please report it to info@livzy.com
Livzy reserves the right to update or modify this AUP at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes to this policy.
